I just received a Trinty amp built by Stephen and I can't get it to work. He tested it so it has to be something I'm not doing. I installed the amp and speaker in the cabinet, installed the tubes, and power cord. I turned it on and no sound and not even static. The power light was on, the tubes were warm, the guitar and cord checked, the speaker checked. The ohms adjusted to 8 and all knobs turned halfway up. This has to be something very simple and extremely embarrassing. Your help would be appreciated.

Check Power (VRM), Master Volume and Volume controls. Power (VRM) control at Idle=Standby, after waiting 15 secs. turn up to desired level. All 3 controls interact which is what gives this amp its versatility and range of tones. If it's not that, then PM Coco.
