1.) Initially I had volume dropping in and out and then finally no volume when
I stated chopsticking around the filter caps the sound would come back I also noticed The caps around V1 would do the same. I found the problem was actually the shielded cable going to the effects return tucked on the board was the culprit. I just moved it off the board now the volume is solid with no drop outs I didn’t reflow any solder but I will......
2.) relay and footswitch operate as follows;
Relay #1 with led light on the board is on but light on pedal is off and the boost is on

Relay #2 LED on board and pedal are both on and off at the same time When the led is on the
Sound is muted
3.) I have following voltage readings;
Bt 1.)445v
2.)440v
3.)432v
4.)293v
5.)284v
V1-1 181.8 V1-3 1.46 V1-6 183.8 V1-8 1.42
V2-1 146.6. V1-3 2.17 V2-6 195. V2-8 1.4
V3-1. 304. V3-2 36 V3-3 59 V3-6 299 V3-7&8 37&57
V4-3 442 V4-4 438
V5-3 442 V5-4 438

Any help would be greatly appreciated
I’m not going to take it off the bench until I can get some clarification

I found it!!.....
I was following the layout which has the wrong connection on it from the 220k metal oxide resistor to the OD term on the relay board.......
The black relay board layout shows the corrected termination point to the common on Rel2
All my voltages on V2-1 plate are with in spec albeit low 195 volts
I have the dummy load on now but suspect my overdrive channel will no longer be muted either
Thanks for all the help........

Sorry I missed the post. Glad you found that.

Yes, we had made and posted a change on the green board:

And then updated for the black board:

Wow ....very versatile amp
All issues resolved I threw in the active fx loop and the 22K res in parallel and my plate jumped up to 205v on V2-1 now we’re cooking
Love the 2-tone wood stain head I’ Upload a pic later
