So, since I moved in 2011, set up a new business and had two kids - the music scene for me has been non existant.

I have decided to try and move a bit of my music gear (if someone is interested)...

I'd consider selling (all were kit built by me):

Trinity sIII
Trinity Triwatt head, with Matching 2x12 cab (in black tolex with white piping)
Trinity JTM45 (one of the only kit built) in smaller head cab, with matching 2x12 cabinet (black with gold piping)
Trinity TC-15 in custom Swiss pearwood/ Claro walnut head cabinet

Cabs are loaded with Tone Tubby 12" speakers I bought new from Trinity.

Im not looking to get rid of all my amps - but if youre interested in something shoot me an email and I can take some pics, and discuss price. Im basically looking to recoup the kit cost - not make $$ on the build or the head cabs (which are all done very well).

Doesnt hurt to ask!

Wow, two kids now! Culling the amp herd I guess. That JTM would be a real steal for someone!!

Hey Stephen... I have no life now other than working and family lol

We had boy #2 in September. Been super busy.. and sadly I havent been playing any music for a while now.

I certainly dont want to get rid of everything, but I could afford to lose a few (maybe 2?) amps since I have about 7 or 8 :)

Congrats to you all on #2. I will ask around about the JTM. That is a great amp!

How close to the original schematic is it?

Exact but with variable bias control. The OT has dual Primaries. One for EL34 and another for KT66. An excelent OT as well.

Sounds really nice...

So how 'bout it AJ? How much for the JTM?

Probably more than what I am able to spend at the moment but if the price is right I might put it on the credit card...

With the head cab and tubes I have in it, I think a grand (Canadian) would be fair. But I am open to resonable offers. With the matching 2x12 cabinet I will make a killer deal... I think the cab has two Alnico Tone Tubbies.

Wow that's only about $800 US. A great price for that but I'm afraid I can't swing that right now.

I don't envy your position of having to get rid of one or more of those. They are all great amps that I would have a very hard time parting with!

Here's some perspective for you... Your kids WILL grow up sooner than you think. I know mine did. When they do, you'll most likely regret getting rid of those! They will store nicely in a closet until you are able to pull them out and play with them again. (the amps, not the kids...)

I can always build another one :)

The JTM is quite a beast anyhow - I prefer the 15 watt amps for playing at home (and used to gig them regularly in the bar) as they are more than loud enough.

I think the tubes in the JTM are well over $100 a set, as I always bought the more expensive tubes.

The sIII, Triwatt and TC15 you can build again, but not another Trinity JTM!

But yeah I hear you. I'm gigging with a 20W amp right now and I never have it turned up much past 70%. When I finally build a JTM I'm going to implement Power Scaling so I can tame it down a bit.

Any pics of the TC15? I sold mine last year and have been kicking myself so much since. Desperately miss it.
