Older thread I just noticed but from the comments seems to sound similar to the dc-30 I made from those layouts.
I did some mods as the thread on "cleaning up the lightning" , took out a gain stage etc. and it has improved the clean headroom some!

Good to know. The amp as it was built, was used a lot in the World Container CD just released by the Tragically Hip.

I would like to clean up a lighting though some day!

It would be cool to clean it up and try that.
I told you I wanted to build the lightening next, but after seeing this. I'd like to try this build.
