Hi Guys,
I have just about finished my first handdrawn amp layout of the dc-30. Any of the more experienced ampbuilders got some time to check my layout against the schematic? PM me your email.
Man took some time to draw up this one! A wiring bonanza!

I will mention the layout doesn't show where to place components in chassis, just board layout and wiring of all the components.

Decided I'll draw it up in omnigraffle as the amount of wiring on the handdrawn layout makes it difficult to trace on observation.

I noticed that if a turret board is to be made, it may have to be in two parts, as one board is simply too long to fit in a lightning length chassis. But I'll draw the layout as one board for simplicity sake. Will let you guys know when it's done...
:)

O.k here's a sneak preview. Board is done and most of the tube and pot wiring, still need tranny wiring, heater wiring and grounds to be done. Spent 6 hours already doing this. Phew!

Can you send me the drawing? This is too small to see. Just got re-energized on this.

Yeah got the bug again so I'm finishing the layout.
I'll need your input on the layout editing it to reposition certain parts etc as this is my first amp layout.
Should finish by weekend, I'll email you a copy.
