DC-30 same dimensions as Lightning, but you'll have to modify them. Try Nik at Ceri@tone for Lightning chassis to mod.
If there is interest, I might make some up.

I'm about to modify a 15 watt chassis for a 30 watt version of the Lightning. I'll let you know how it works out. I'll need some tin snips and a 7/8 punch for two more power tubes.

www.webervst.com has an ac30 chassis, 6 inputs I believe.

Thanks. I think it's going to be pretty cool. If I can get a nice boost in the clean headroom department. I'll let you know how it works. Gotta find a 7/8 punch and some tin snips to enlarge the tran holes.

you might try using a dremmel with a cutoff wheel for those tranny holes. I would be supprised if you could cut your chassis with tin snips. Then again :P
The BBQ chassis wont work for me. I think the inherent design flaw of AC-30's is in the chassis and I don't want to replacate that part. :D
