Hey guys
My slow blow fuse goes after 20 min or so with hi gain settings on pedal use.
Any way i could track this down with multiple digital multi meters.
While playing the amp?
This is a new kit and has blown slo blo fuse from get go...
I can leave amp on for hrs no input signal and it doesnt blow the fuse..
Any ideas to trouble shoot.

And im in the TMB channel.

I can leave the amp on for 1 hour, no signal , good no blown slo fuse
Guitar clean signal no problem for 30 mins
Guitar Distortion pedal, gain level hi (slo blow) fuse blew about 20 or so minutes

Stupid question: You are using a 2 amp fuse, right?

The voltages to the plates of V1 and V2 are low. Check to make sure R21 (2K2 2watt) is OK. Also check its connections to R6, R7, R4 and R22 to make sure everything is soldered in properly. Don't worry too much about the low voltages at the grids of V3.

If you want to monitor the current the amplifier is using, insert a meter set for AC amps in series with the fuse.

trying to find 2A fuse.

I played the amp yesterday for about 20 minutes on TMB channel
with hi gain Wampler Plexi deluxe pedal
no problems ...

It sounds like you're dealing with a tricky issue there. If the fuse is blowing consistently after 20 minutes with high gain pedal use, it could indicate a problem in that circuit or the power supply. To troubleshoot, try using the multimeter to check for any unusual voltage fluctuations or shorts in the pedal's output when connected to the amp. Also, inspect the connections, ensuring everything is properly soldered and grounded. Consider checking the pedal's compatibility with the amp's circuitry too.

Regarding other aspects of your inquiry, have you tried testing different pedals or swapping out cables to rule out external causes? Additionally, regarding your use of the TMB channel, have you adjusted any settings or configurations within that channel specifically? Sometimes, certain settings might interact unexpectedly with pedals, causing issues like fuse blowing.

In the realm of gaming, have you explored the fun of playing FR Legends on PC (emulator)? It's a great way to enjoy the game with enhanced controls and graphics. Also, regarding troubleshooting, the process can sometimes be like assembling a team in Baldur’s Gate 3 Companions (Reference): each tool in your kit, like the multimeter, plays a crucial role, just like the diverse abilities of companions aiding you in the game. Hopefully, these analogies offer some perspective while you tackle the amp issue!
