If you are thinking of building this amp , let me say that between Trinity, S2 and tubetramp.com, I'm up and running for $650 US. Stephen from Trinity graciously responded to all my emails (promptly) and made good on a couple of missing pieces. His builder's manual is very helpful. He helped mr diagnose a bad wire run ,, my error. The chassis required NO extra work. A pleasure to deal with and obviously passionate about the 18 Watt world. I took my new amp and a 4 x 10 Marshall cab to rehearsal Friday night and WOW ,,, all I can say is WOW. No serious problems in getting her up and running with no squeal or abnormal hum. High gain heaven! I regularly play through 5 different amps and this one has the lowest noise floor. I usually have to switch off my compresor between songs, but not with this one. I was using the normal channel and 3 pedals, wah, blues driver and a compressor. Live rehearsal testing of the TMB channel is next, my son will probably be in the drivers's seat on that one. His bandmates will flip ! :D

I understand Trinity has a new TMB turret board layout in production now
that will be even better. Based on an S2 layout but but with further modifications. Should have less hum and crosstalk. We should see soon. 8)
