If you put your MV at 10 and set the volume somewhere between 5 to 10, and nothing connected to the amp, how much Hiss sound do you hear from the amp?
Just trying to figure out if the amount of Hiss I hear in the TMB section is "normal" Hiss goes away if I lower the volume. Hiss also goes away if I pull the V1.
I have swaped the Out put of V1A and V1B, esentially swapping the TMB and Normal channel, in V1. But TMB remained "Hissy".
Normal channel is fantastic though, no hiss or anything.
By the way this is NOT sIII Kit.

I posted some pic in 18watt.com

Please Help!!

If you've used carbon comp resistors, hiss is a fact of life. If you've used Carbon film, it could be a bad tube.
