Purchased a vrm for my custom plexi back in nov 25, cost about 100 bucks US. No order confirmation, no response to emails contact attempts via website, phone calls... Ghosted me and maybe just stole 100 bucks from me. Not sure if trinity is still in business but if they are they SUCK at customer support. Damn shame as this is the best sounding amp I've ever owned.
Doesn't look like the admins here have been on for a few years either. Arrrgh, glad I didn't try to buy another amp for 1500 bucks. Hope everyone else has had better experiences than my last one.
