hey everyone.. my first post here
I am not a builder just a bass player
So I'm on the fence ...
I'm very interested in buying a vintage early 60's B-15N for obvious reasons including retaining value down the road
BUT, I'm also intrigued by the Trip Top mainly because you're getting basically the same tone, look, some
fnf week 8 modern features, tag-board and
no inherited problems with a 60 year olde' vintage unit
I guess what I am wanting feedback wise from this forum is..
Is the Trip Top as good or maybe even better than a vintage early 60's B-15?
Also, anyone here in the Toronto area own a Trip Top ?
Any feedback much appreciated !
cheers,
Chris

On the other hand, newer amps like the Trip Top offer modern features and conveniences that can enhance your playing experience. With updated components, circuit designs, and build quality, these amps can provide reliable performance and may require less maintenance over time. Plus, you still get that classic tone and vibe, but with the peace of mind that comes with owning a brand-new product.
