This is the third Portaflex based Trip Top Cabinet we have built. This is a very complicated build with a lot of detail required. Plus shock absorbers for mounting, latches to lock the lid down etc. If you dont have access to a good shop, this is going to be a difficult project. Here are a couple of unfinished pictures.

That looks fantastic. I would probably forgo the crossbar though. Those strike me as an obsolete organ, like a tonsil or adnoid. Back in the day, such things were common. But they didn't really offer the protection they promised. Anthing with the force to smash through the grille cloth, is probably going to break that bit of wood and drive it through your speaker cone. It might even do so without tearing the grille cloth. It also requires you to felt the front baffle under the grille coth to prefent it from buzzing. I just can't see what practical purpose it serves.

That said, it looks fantastic and I can't wait to see the plans. Nicely done

Yes, probably redundant but historically accurate and I like that it is different.
We put the felt on anyway because the grill cloth is not lifted off the baffle.
For kit customers only, I promised a set of our plans so if you want to have a go, I will send them.

Is this a speaker cabinet that is available to have made? I’m planning on buying and building the Trinity B15 amp. Just for my studio, I do want it to be a correct Portaflex cabinet.

Yes, it is should be on the main site under Kits-TripTop and also under Cabinets tabs, I believe.
