I built the Triwatt, TC15, Tramp all sucessfully and 30 plus other amps.

I got to startup testing and I had tubes in place.

Nothing but a little crackle is all I heard. Not loud. I heard guitar for a moment but not solid, kinda far away. Turning vol a little crackle, pull bright a harsh Buzz and lots of crackle.

Where do I start searching first?

With all those amp builds, it sounds like a fantastic accomplishment! I would suggest first examining the tube seats and connections for the crackling and buzzing you are experiencing, since they may occasionally be a little slack. Additionally, check for any cold solder connections that might be interfering with your solder joints. A simple check of the pot and the input jack may also be helpful. I'm excited to see those images and wish you luck!
