We're testing a prototype PCB Trifly build now. While it is easy to make an eyelet board version, we wanted to see if we could make it easier and further tidy it up. The first one is being player tested as we speak, but looks and sounds good initially.
Should be perfect for Amp Camp!

Hi Stephen,

Looking forward to the Amp Camp. Prefer the option to build using point to point.

Quick question. The PT and OT are oriented in parallel instead of perpendicular as one usually does.
Did you notice a difference when testing the layout?

Good to know there is interest in the camp and both styles of board. We can accommodate that.
The two transformers are reasonably small so the magnetic fields are not large and not too interactive and we can get away with the parallel alignment. Typically we would orient them at 90 degrees.
