So I finished my tramp build. Good news is that it sounds great! No smoke or pops on start up, and no hums or hiss.

The only hiccup is that my VRM is acting like nothing but an on/off switch at the moment.
At idle and no tubes in the amp, it reads around 430v at each 50uf capacitor. As I turn the dial up, the voltages do not change.
With the tubes in and guitar plugged in, the amp is loud and proud at idle, with no volume or dynamic change as I turn the dial up.

I tested the 3 diodes and they are working as they should. And in the proper direction.

Any suggestions where I should look next??

Thanks guys!!
