Looks like the yellow wires are for a 5 volt winding on the power transformer. This is normally used for the heater in a rectifier tube. The Tramp has solid state diodes for the power supply so the 5 volt heater winding isn't needed. Just cap the yellow wires off with heat shrink tubing and coil them up near the mains AC wiring.

I just finished my tramp kit and my power transformer came with yellow leads as well. Maybe it was easier for Stephen to have them made that way so they could be used for several different amps (tweed and tramp, maybe others). I just cut them down a bit, put heat shrink on them and tucked them under the other PT wires.

Heyboer make them for a lot of people (Mojo for example) . The tramp PT wont work because it has no rectifier heater tap. Problem is you wont know what your real voltage was since its gone south. Unless you documented it previously.

but things do change if it does i might want a set of those transformers

Yes, we received a shipment with the rectifier tap that needs to be tied off. Sorry, the manual was not updated.
Just tie off the yellow wires, cover with heat shrink tubing and tuck them away.
