How do you manage a headphone jack on a tube amp? Is there some way to load the output with resistors or...?

Loading resistor of 10 ohms and a small resistor/cap. We'll see how good ours is soon.

Any chance power scaling could be incorporated into existing built amps? Like the 18 watter, sIII, TMB, etc?

You'd have to install it yourself. You need a liscence to commercially use Power Scaling. Here's the appropriate kit for the "18 watters" http://www.londonpower.com/catalog/prod ... ucts_id=99

Stephen, have you grounded on the chassis dimensions? I know we had a discussion about it a while ago.

Also, is it going to be a combo type similar to the Deluxe or with top-mounted tube sockets like the heads?

Current plan chassis size is : 14" W X 5" D X 2.5h

Fender tweed style. But with only two tubes and 5", I don't see why we/you couldn't punch two holes in the top as well. Any comments on that idea?

Might be nice to have the option of a head or combo. Depends on real estate availability in there I suppose. I was going to build it as a head regardless, but I may consider fabbing a chassis from a blank to fit a head cabinet I have. Gotta check the measurements of the cab.

Will the lettering be silk-screened on the chassis or will there be panels?

This time, there will be mirror finish aluminum /chrome panels with white silkscreening. That's the plan so far.

I think I would like that, I have several cabs that a lower watt head would be good for basement work or miced if more volume is needed.

I would definitely NOT expect this as a kit option, but I'm seriously considering hanging one upside-down in a BF/SF Champ-style chassis & head cab I have floating around.
