Another question, this one about the Heater Wire.

The written instructions say to connect Red to 7 and Black to 2 on the power tubes. Then on the preamp tubes Red to to 4 & 5 and Black to 9.

The layout switches the Preamp tube wires with Black to 4 & 5 and Red 9. I followed the instructions. From what I read on this forum, I am understanding that this doesn't really matter so long as the power tubes are consistent and the preamp tubes are consistent.

Since I am pretty early in the build I could switch these to follow the layout, but it sounds like it doesn't matter that much. Can someone please confirm or deny my understanding? Thanks everyone.

Yes, it doesn't really matter so long as the power tubes are consistent and the pre-amp tubes are consistent but we will change the docs so they are consistent.
