That's a neat one. Hiwatts were known for their tidy wiring. This chassis is smaller than the ones they used so you can't exactly emulate their wiring techniques, but this comes pretty close.

Thanks, Stephen. I'm not currently building anything, though, and I haven't built a Triwatt. But I have built a 30 watt version of a Hiwatt DR103.

My comment was just to compliment whoever built that amp for doing a great job keeping the wiring neat in a compact chassis.

The original Hiwatt chassis were fairly big so it was easier for them to keep the wiring tidy. And the people that did the wiring, notably Harry Joyce, also did contract work of the British Navy so they were used to working to neat military specifications.

Ok. well, that is one of our TRIWATT builds. And yes, there was more space available inside the old HIWATTS.
