Hi guys,
My first post! I have been lurking around here for a while, and purchased a Triwatt kit about 6 months ago. Finally getting time to work on it! One quick question. Should the power supply for the foot switch option be located on the input side of the chasis, or the power switch side? I see in Zaphod's finally build picture that it is on the power switch side. The chasis I recieved has the mounting holes drilled on the input side. Was this an error, or has it be relocated? Will it not cause noise if it is close to the inputs, or does the shielded wire from the inputs to V1 protect agaisnt this? Thanks in advance!! Look forward to discussing things here as i move forward with the build!
Jason

Should be on the side closet to the PT, OT and IEC socket.

Sorry, has to be an error on my part. You will need to drill 4 holes to mount the board on the power side. No need to tap them like we do, just run the screws through and use 6-32 nuts on them.
My apologies.

Thank you Gentlemen! That is what I thought. Just wanted to confirm it. Have the board (except for the diodes) and some of the chassis wiring complete. Now to find my diodes........... seem to have misplaced them somewhere.......... :hmmm:

Can't trust those sneaky little diodes! Don't get the Zener mixed in with them. They don't play well together!
