hello my fellow guitar players. have a question regarding my triwatt build. I have electronics experience have a good idea as of what the cause is but befor I deface my work I would ask. everything checks ok except valve 2 and 3 power coming from the 22k 2w power chain voltage remains excessively high at 345v so the 10% is out of the question. Any help would be greatly appricated

Those tube cathodes are grounded I assume? And tubes in, of course?
