I'm at the stage of testing the power transformer on the 5E3 and I'm getting a reading of 94 Volts on each of the yellow wires soldered to the rectifier at pins 2 and 8.
It supposed to be reading 5 volts . Is it because the rectifier tube is not installed?

First thing comes to mind: Are you measuring DC or AC? Multimeter should be set for VAC. The other would be to check that Line to PT wiring is correct.
