Hello. AGAIN! Lol I am looking at the layout diagram of the impedance switch. Besides wondering who has a 4ohm cab, I am seeing the wires enter the sides of the switch and cover both terminals. Am I to conclude that it is straddling BOTH terminals or merely travelling over it to it’s final resting place on the other side? Thx.

Connect the wires to both terminals. This joins the two sections of the switch together, increasing its reliability and current handling capability.

4-ohm guitar speakers aren't common. But the 4-ohm setting could be used for two 8-ohm speakers connected in parallel.

Thx so much! That’s what I had assumed but we all know about assuming... And, I have an 8ohm cab right here, so good thing I have a 4ohm jack if not a 4 ohm cab. Thx again.
