Quick question. I have gotten through the wiring of the transformers to the suggested AC voltage test.
When dialing up the power on the Variac to 119.9 I get the following
119.9 on the IEC and Indicator
5.8 Pins 2/8 V7
620vac pins 4/6 V7
6.88 4/5 V5 V6
6.88 4-5/9 V1,V2,V3,V4.
These are all higher than the manual test voltages. The Rectifier Voltage seems a good bit higher.
I am used to seeing higher voltages prior to tube install but these are the published test voltages w/ no tubes...
Do you think there is an issue or just a hot PT??
BTW I did clean out the trash before firing it up :-)
Any other observations or comments are welcomed..
