That's a pretty neat build. Lets us know how it performs.

thanks stephen for this perfect kit...everything was in the package...i missed nothing! cheers

the sound is awsome! the first tones were not that good as we were except BUT it was case of minutes to find the real tone! :happydance:

after a couple of jams, i note that i can make a tone of sounds with my volume pot on the guitar! it was a breaktrought! after that....the sky was the limit...

damm, each input, each settings and the boot switch gives me a tousends diffrent sounds! unbeliveble! from clean to mean with the volume pot? YES! i never had this experience!

2 small things that bother me...

first, the amp is very quiet, but when i plug in a strat with single coils it goes very loud! --> i think i should decreas the grid stoppers! or any hints?
second, the cut pot is noisy aswell! --> should i decrease the value?

need some tipps guys....but afterall a genius of an amp!

again, thanks stephen for this product!

Glad the amp meets your expectations.

The problem is with the single coil strat, not the amp. If it is quiet with nothing plugged in, it is the guitar, not the amp.

What do you mean it is noisy? When is it noisy? Is it working properly? It should add no noise at all?

after a couple of days with the amps....everything is perfect! the cut pot is okay...its not noisy...it put more treble in it and this make the am open open...it is a treble cut, isnt it? :;-)

the footswitch is okay aswell, first of all i put a 2,2m resistor across the switch....but a 5,1m works perfect! the switching noise is acurate!

The cut is a treble cut but at one end, it is almost out of circuit so it should have no affect at all.
So you put a 5,1 M resistor across the toggle switch terminals and there is no Pop?

That's good to know. Can you post a picture of the switch with the resistor wired in or is it all boxed up now?
