So I am trying to get my old kit working. I have traced down that one of my jumper wires wasn’t sending voltage. It is now working and I am getting correct voltages everywhere except on v5 and v6 I am getting roughly 120v instead of 242 on pin 9. I am wondering if the resistor that I have wired in off the b+ voltage is incorrect. I am getting no sound out of the amp. Some popping and clicking when I turn the contour switch/plug in and unplug the 1/4 in jack. Tubes all heat up. What do you guys think is my issue in my guitar signal wiring and what should I check?

I have verified that the resistor that feeds the irregular voltages on v5 & v6 is correct according to documentation.
