1) Test points listed on layout: Are they measured with tubes in place? I get voltages at some with no tubes, but they are very high compared to listed voltages.

2) On pg. 52 or 51 of build guide, for V2 (6V6-14W @ 10 (Lo Bias), @9 and 6L6 -30W (Hi Bias)@Max : 6L6-18W @Max (Lo Bias), how do I get 9, 10 and Max ? What do they refer to?

I want to check the pin voltages before the tubes go in, so I guess the questions are in reverse order

Also, pg. 52 or 53, in far right column, Note: VRM@PA. What is PA?

Oh Duh Moment (ODM): After a nights rest, realized that the protected and hidden from mishap faceplate for The Bad Girl hadn't been installed, so please disregard silly #2 question!

With regard to #1 question.
Yes the voltages on the chart are referenced with tubes installed, so if you are comparing your voltages to the chart and you have no tubes in then your voltages will read higher. Also remember that when you put the tubes in ALWAYS connect a speaker or you can damage your Output Transformer.
