Does any one know what the material is under the filter capacitors on a DC 30.

Old thread but I'm looking for ideas on a 30watt/EL84 build. I recently built a Hotcat clone and when it came to working out what the material was under the caps I thought it was some form of thin padding material (duh) I bought some pure rubber sheet that was expensive and stank but ended up shortening a family members yoga mat! 10 bucks and you get metres of brightly covered neoprene about 3mm 0.12inches thick.

Sorry I should have said this is a picture of my Badcat clone which is pretty much the same as the Matchless builds? The purple stuff under the filter caps is the yoga mat I pinched. It is just a cushion and it's all held together with non conductive silicone.
