Hey Guy's!

I wanted to jump in here and post about my sIII head. I just finished this up the other night. This build is from a Trinity kit. I had a blast putting this together and it worked the first time I fired it up. Man what tone. It blew me away when I struck my first chord. I am nailing all those sounds that I have had in my head and just couldn't quite get before now. I am running it on my 2-12 cab loaded with a G12H-30 and a Private Jack. Great job and design on the kit Stephen. The manual was well written and laid out and support was great. I would highly recommend this to anyone even for their first build (it is my first).

Steve

Thanks Legin. I'm working on a site to keep some pics and clips. There is a couple of pics over at 18W.

Smokin Tone,

Congratulations! I share your joy. I recently finished mine, too. It was my first build as well, and it was a fun and productive learning experience. The amp really sounds great. Enjoy.

Regards,
Brad

Oh man, You guys are brutal!

I'll say this...I fully intend to complete the amp between the end of finals (22nd) and whenever the wife pops (baby girl due on jan 19th)....Since she could, in theory, go anytime betwen now and the 19th...as soon as finals are over, I'm going to be quite motivated to get the thing completed before the baby's born. Least of all, because I wont have any scenarios where I could actually turn it up for a while...since the baby will require a quiet household.

needless to say, after the sIII is done, I'm going to shift gears and finish the Ross/Keeley Compressor clone I've been putting off....since pedals, in theory, don't need serious volume to build and test...

Regardless, after 22nd, I'll be stepping it up!

-F
