I'm unclear as to where I pull the +5volts DC to power the foot switchable OD board….

Are there any pics of these connections?

I mean...I see zaphod's pics but they are too clean and tidy to get a complete understanding of where that 5volt source is.

I do belive theres a second filament transformer in hi amp look on the right side of his build you will see it.

That is correct. A separate 5V regulated supply is on a small board

Ok. I mostly see what's going on. 110v to the big board. Then +/- 5 volt from that card to the relay.

He way I've wired it up is wrong. No signal without a plug in the jack. The clean pic in zaphod's build has a different push/pull pot than I've got and the hook up isn't clear. Anyone have pictures or a layout that shows the foot switch hooked up correctly ?
