I'm now getting a very loud hum when I power up with a cable plugged in. There's a little buzz with no cable plugged in. I'm obviously missing something. Any ideas where I should start? All ground connections are tight and secure.

I started probing with the amp plugged into the cab and as soon as i touched the lead to pin 3 of v3 i got the very loud hum, I also get it on Pin 2 of V4 and Pin 7 of V4. I nearly soiled myself the first time it was so loud!!! Anyway, I have recorded some voltages, some seem to be high but im not sure.

V1 PIN 1 = 171 PIN 2 = 0 PIN 3 = 1.3 PIN 6 = 152 PIN 7 = 0 PIN 8 = 1.02

V2 PIN 1 = 206 PIN 2 = 0 PIN 3 = 1.2 PIN 6 = 131 PIN 7 = 0 PIN 8 = 0.78

V3 PIN 1 = 303 PIN 2 = 74 PIN 3 = 81 PIN 6 = 210 PIN 7 = 0 PIN 8 = 1.7

V4 PIN 1 = 282 PIN 2 = 81 PIN 3 = 82 PIN 6 = 277 PIN 7 = 72 PIN 8= 85

V5 pin3 = 462, pin 4 = 434, pin 5 = -40

V6 pin3 = 464, pin 4 = 434, pin 5 = -40

C18 = 300
C19 = 333
C20 = 434
C21 = 466

After racking my brain and a lot of reading here in the forums, I figured out my problem today. 2 minute fix. I reversed the brown and blue wires coming from the output transformers to pin 3 of the output tubes. My voltages still seem high though. The drawing only shows brown wires. I had a 50/50 shot I guess and guessed wrong. I am almost there, I will start a new post for my next problem.

Thanks to everyone!!!
