Hello. I just assembled a Trinity tweed deluxe amp and everything appears to be working except one thing. With nothing connect to the input jacks and the normal volume on any setting other than maximum and the bright volume on maximum I am getting a high pitched squeaking sound. This is also happening if I plug into the normal channel with the bright volume maxed and the normal volume on any setting other than maximum. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this? Thanks again for all your help! It's greatly appreciated. The amp works great except with the scenario I described.

Also, one of the first things that is suggested is to check the grounding (tight connections, good solder joints)

Always touch up solder joints and shorten leads if possible. Make sure the jacks are isolated from gound.

I was able to get the amp working properly by touching up the ground joints. Thank you all for your help!
